- Step 3: Follow Up – After you sign the contract and your attorney signs the acknowledgement, Apex Legal Funding will process the request. You will receive instructions and a timeline for calling back if you do not receive confirmation by the end of the timeline.
- Step 4: Receive Funds – If possible, Apex Legal Funding will send the money the same day using your preferred method of payment, which could be Western Union, check, or bank transfer. If it is past the deadline (4 PM CST), the funds will be sent the next day.
