Your attorney will provide us with details of the accident, the defendant’s insurance, and some medical records showing the severity and extent of your injuries. We then evaluate your case based on several criteria, including liability, damages and insurance coverage. Lastly, Apex will notify your attorney within 48 hours to let them know if the funding has been approved.
