Apex Legal Funding may reach out to you and your attorney for additional information, so make sure to provide current attorney information, phone number, and email address when applying for additional funding.
If You’re Approved for Additional Funding, Apex Legal Funding Will Notify You of Approval
If Apex Legal Funding approves your request for additional funding, they will notify you of the approval. You will then have to sign the Apex Legal Funding contract, and your attorney will sign the acknowledgment form for the funding.
